Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms are the contract between you and E Labs Ventures Ltd for Meta Ads MCP. If you do not agree, do not create an account or call the MCP.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, clicking to accept, paying, or calling https://mcp.meta-ads-mcp.com/mcp, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy (together, the "Agreement").
You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. "You" means that company.
The service is built for media buyers, agencies, and other businesses. It is not a consumer product. If you are a consumer under UK law, tell us before you pay. Consumers may have non-excludable rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. If you ask us to start the service immediately (for example by connecting Meta or creating an API key), you may lose that right for the work already performed.
2. Who we are
The provider is E Labs Ventures Ltd, company number 17050248, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, trading as Meta Ads MCP. Contact hello@meta-ads-mcp.com.
3. The service
Meta Ads MCP is software that exposes Meta Marketing API tools over the Model Context Protocol so you can drive Ads Manager-style work from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client. We provide:
- the hosted MCP endpoint
- the dashboard (Facebook app connection, ad account slots, API keys, usage, billing)
- encryption of your app secret and access token
- allowlisting of ad accounts on your plan
- audit logs of tool calls
- optional token-expiry emails
We do not provide:
- a Facebook app (you create yours in Meta Developer)
- Meta ad accounts, Pages, pixels, or Business Manager seats
- ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or any LLM subscription
- media buying strategy as a managed service under these terms (that would be a separate E Labs engagement)
- control of your live ad spend once a campaign is active
Tool names and behaviour can change as Meta's API changes. The website tool list is generated from the worker source and is a description, not a warranty that every field on Graph will succeed for every account.
4. Accounts and keys
You must give a true work email and keep it current. You are responsible for everyone who uses your login or API keys, including staff, contractors, and LLM agents.
API keys start with mam_live_. Treat them as passwords. We store a hash, not the raw key. If a key
leaks, revoke it in the dashboard. We may revoke keys that are posted in public repos or used for abuse.
Rate limit: 120 MCP calls per key per minute. Bursting above that returns an error. Do not try to bypass allowlisting, authentication, or rate limits.
5. Plans, fees, and tax
Paid plans (GBP, monthly, exclusive of tax) at the last update of these terms:
- Starter: £399 per month, 1 attached ad account
- Growth: £999 per month, 3 attached ad accounts
- Scale: £1,999 per month, 10 attached ad accounts
- Agency: £2,999 per month, 30 attached ad accounts
- Enterprise: quoted
Prices may change. We will email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on a renewal. If you do not cancel before that renewal, the new price applies.
Fees are billed in advance through Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file each period. Failed payments can pause the MCP (HTTP 402) until you update billing.
Fees exclude VAT and any other tax. UK VAT is added where it applies. You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction other than taxes on our net income.
Cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund unused days of a period that has started, except where the law requires it or we stop providing the service permanently without a replacement.
Advertising spend on Meta is paid by you to Meta. It is never included in our subscription fee.
6. Ad account slots
Your plan includes a fixed number of attached Meta ad accounts. Tools refuse any account that is not attached and active.
Swap rules:
- Removing an account frees the slot immediately.
- Adding a different account uses one new-add credit. Credits per rolling 30 days equal your plan quota, plus any credits an admin grants.
- Re-adding an account you removed in the last 30 days does not use a new-add credit.
If you downgrade, extra attached accounts may be suspended so the remaining set fits the new quota. We pick the oldest attachments first unless we agree another order with you.
7. Your Facebook app and Meta
You must create a Meta developer app, add the redirect URL we show you, and grant the scopes we request (currently ads_management, ads_read, and business_management). You are the app admin. You are responsible for Meta App Review if you take the app out of Development Mode or add people who are not app users.
User tokens last about 60 days. We try to exchange them for a long-lived token and email you at 14, 7, and 1 days before expiry. Scale and Agency may paste a System User token that does not expire. If a token dies, MCP calls fail until you reconnect. That is not a service outage on our side.
You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Standards, and any targeting or special ad category rules (including housing, employment, credit, and social issue ads). You must not ask the MCP to run ads you could not run yourself in Ads Manager.
Meta can change, throttle, or revoke API access. We are not Meta. We are not liable for Meta downtime, rejected ads, account disables, or policy enforcement.
8. MCP use and acceptable use
You may use the service only to manage ad accounts you are authorised to run.
You must not:
- attach or target an ad account you do not control
- attempt to access another customer's data, keys, or tokens
- resell raw MCP access except as part of agency work for end clients whose accounts sit on your plan
- use the service for unlawful ads, fraud, malware, or to process data you have no right to process
- upload customer lists without a lawful basis and the hashing/consent Meta requires
- probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Worker beyond ordinary use
- remove audit logging or circumvent allowlisting
- use the service if Meta has banned you and the ban still applies
LLM agents will do what the prompt says. A vague prompt can still call activate, update budget, or replace an audience. You are responsible for prompts, tool approvals, and human review.
9. Paused campaigns and spend
Orchestration tools are designed to leave new campaigns paused so you can review them. That is a default, not a guarantee. If you (or your agent) call a tool that sets status to active, raises a budget, or duplicates a live structure, Meta can spend immediately.
Advantage+ creative enhancements default to OPT_OUT in our builders. You can turn them on. Meta can still apply product changes outside our control.
We are not liable for media spend, wasted spend, missed delivery, or business results. Preflight tools reduce some classes of Graph errors; they do not replace your judgement or Meta's review.
10. Your data and content
You retain all rights in your ad accounts, creatives, copy, audiences, and first-party data. You grant us a limited licence to host, encrypt, transmit, and process that material solely to provide the service (including temp staging of media for Graph uploads).
We own the software, documentation, dashboard, and tool descriptions. You may not copy the Worker source from the hosted service except as the law allows for interoperability.
Feedback you send can be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
11. Privacy and processor terms
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For Meta advertising data you process through the MCP, you are the controller and we are the processor. These Terms plus that policy are your instructions: process tool inputs and Graph responses as needed to execute the named tool, write an audit log, enforce allowlisting, and keep the service secure.
We will:
- process that data only for the service, unless the law requires otherwise
- require processors who see it to protect it
- help with reasonable data-subject requests that relate to our logs
- delete or return it when the account closes, subject to backups and legal retention
- notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your account
You confirm you have a lawful basis for any personal data you send, including hashed customer files and lead data.
12. Availability and changes
We aim for a stable MCP, but we do not sell an uptime SLA on these plans unless an enterprise order says otherwise. Graph, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe, and your LLM can fail independently.
We may change tools, defaults, rate limits, and dashboard features. If we discontinue the product, we will try to email you at least 30 days ahead and stop charging future periods.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Material changes will be flagged by email or in-app notice.
13. Warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that tools will match Ads Manager in every edge case, that Meta will approve ads, or that a prompt will produce a campaign you like.
We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated, we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
14. Liability
Nothing in the Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for lost profits, wasted ad spend, lost data (except where caused by our failure to take reasonable security steps), reputational harm, or indirect or consequential loss
- our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the subscription fees you paid us for Meta Ads MCP in that period
- Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and your other vendors are not our subcontractors for this cap
You should keep Ads Manager access and export anything you cannot afford to lose. Review campaigns before you spend.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify E Labs Ventures Ltd against claims, fines, and reasonable costs arising from: your ads and landing pages; your audiences and customer files; your Facebook app; your prompts; your breach of Meta's terms or the law; and use of the service by anyone with your keys.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend the MCP or the account immediately if you do not pay, if we reasonably suspect abuse, if Meta revokes our ability to call Graph on your behalf, or if we must do so by law.
You may stop using the service and cancel auto-renewal at any time. Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches and does not cure within 14 days of written notice (email is enough).
On termination we disable keys and may delete encrypted tokens. Sections that should survive (fees owed, IP, privacy, liability, indemnity, law) stay in force.
17. Law and disputes
The Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief anywhere if your misuse threatens the service or other customers.
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. We may assign the Agreement in a sale of the business. You need our written consent to assign, except to an affiliate that accepts these terms.
The Agreement is the entire agreement for Meta Ads MCP and replaces prior discussions about it.
