Questions people actually ask
Why do I have to create my own Facebook app?
So you never share tokens with our app. In Development Mode, Meta grants full ads_management to anyone who has a role on that app. You are the admin, so you skip App Review. We store your app secret encrypted and sign Graph calls with appsecret_proof.
Will this spend my budget on its own?
No. Orchestration tools leave campaigns paused. You review in Ads Manager or ask the MCP to activate. Enhancements are OPT_OUT unless you change that.
Ads Manager is free. Why £399/month?
You are not paying for API access. You are paying for 92 battle-tested tools, allowlisting, audit logs, and the time a media buyer currently spends building campaigns by hand. One recovered afternoon a month covers Starter.
What happens after 60 days?
User OAuth tokens last about 60 days. We refresh them when we can and email you at 14, 7, and 1 days. Scale and Agency can paste a System User token that does not expire.
Can I swap ad accounts?
Removing an account frees the slot immediately. Adding a different account uses one of your monthly new-add credits (equal to your plan quota per 30 days). Re-adding an account you removed in the last 30 days is free.
How do I cancel?
Monthly billing through Stripe. Cancel any time in the customer portal. Access continues until the period ends. No annual lock-in.

E Labs, an event marketing agency. We buy ads for promoters including Ministry of Sound, Broadwick Live, and Drumsheds. The MCP is the internal stack we used for that work, now sold as a product.
